2. Products and Descriptions
We strive to present our products accurately through images and descriptions. However, as many of our items are handmade or crafted from natural materials, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and may change without notice.
3. Orders and Payments
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or product unavailability.
Payments are processed securely through third-party providers. Ollo Collection does not store credit card or payment details.
4. Shipping
We currently ship within Canada only.
Ollo Collection does not use Canada Post. Alternative carriers are selected to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping times and costs are provided at checkout. Once shipped, we are not responsible for courier delays.
5. Returns and Exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the sender.
