Free local pick-up available in Vancouver and Richmond by appointment only.

Pickup location and time will be confirmed after your order is placed.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You can return an item within 14 days of the shipping or pick up date for a full refund. Items must be in original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Final sale, used, damaged or items without all original packaging cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If you'd like to initiate a return, simply email us with your name, order number, and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process. Please note that the refund amount will exclude the shipping fee.
DAMAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. We’ll review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
